Returns are accepted only if there is photo documentation of damage, to the package which cause the box to not open or protect the cards. You will need to contact the artist and send photos to artisourrevolution@gmail.com. She will have you return the package back to her or the manufacturers. This product is printed with an external manufacturer and so this process could take some time depending on the case. If there is damage and the cards are determined to be unusable by the manufacturer, the artist will arrange to have a second copy sent to you or find another alternative through working with the manufacturer.
